Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be authorized before sending back the product. Please contact us at info@lidron.ca to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products that have been assembled or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lidron.ca with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
