Shipping Regions
Lidron Inc. currently ships within Canada. For shipping inquiries outside Canada, please contact us directly at info@lidron.ca.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location, product weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected at checkout. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Most orders within Canada arrive within 5-10 business days. Lidron Inc. is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Damage During Shipment
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lidron.ca. Include detailed photos and your order information. We will work promptly to replace or refund damaged items.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@lidron.ca. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed or shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. Lidron Inc. is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional fees for re-shipment due to incorrect addresses will be the customer's responsibility.
